Installation & Commissioning

At Beasley's Hydraulic Services we believe in an important part of project delivery is Installation and Commissioning. The key component of the installation process is the ability to work efficiently and effectively in different site situations and in conjunction with other disciplines and trades as part of a team approach to achieving the best results.

The commissioning process allows us to carry out all necessary pressure and flow settings and check system performance in conjunction with our clients to confirm that all design parameters have been met. Previous projects undertaken have been onsite installation and commissioning for the Burnett Dam Alliance pipe work in relation to water valve controls, and a tea machine for James Finlay in Uganda. This involved the dismantling of the machine, packing into a container and dispatching to Uganda. Once in Uganda we were responsible for unpacking, assembly, testing, commissioning, training and the final hand over.
